HERo: Empowerment Intensive is a transformative two-day experience curated for underrepresented women who are ready to rise—with confidence, clarity, and community. This program is designed to tackle real challenges in leadership and workplace equity, while affirming the power, voice, and value of every participant.

Through a mix of powerful storytelling, hands-on strategy, and real-time coaching, HERo equips you with the tools to lead authentically, make space for others, and show up for yourself in the process.

Program Overview

Objective:
HERo exists to uplift and activate women navigating the layered realities of underrepresentation in professional spaces. This program centers affirming leadership practices, actionable insights, and a network of support—so you leave not just inspired, but equipped.
